Unfortunately, we do not offer any refund service at the moment. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable. 



Items that are exchangeable are required to fulfill the terms and conditions or you may read through the guide below (EXCHANGE) .

Items that are not able to exchange or refund will be hygiene purpose, dislike item, over exchangeable date (3-5 days), defective items or other reasons.

Discount items or sale period items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you receive any defective item or purchase incorrect size, we provide exchangeable service within 3-5 days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt). Please follow the steps below for item exchange :  

1. Take a picture of your item together with all original tags and send to WhatsApp Hotline

2. Bring your item to the nearest post office and fill up the receiver address : S45 Second Floor Ipoh Parade, Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil 30450 Ipoh Perak.

3. Once parcel has been received by SWAGANZ, new item will be delivered on the next day. Please do wait for your item patiently. Kindly inform us when you receive your new item.



All exchangeable items cannot be worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Receipt and all original tags must be attached. Thank you for the cooperation!
