Refundable only require in certain cases such as item ordered are out of stock or defective

Item that are refundable will be label on the description site

We do encourage to look for other pieces instead of refund

A full refund process may take within 1 weeks to fulfil

Items that are exchangeable are required to fulfill the terms and conditions or you may read through the guide below (EXCHANGE) .

Items that are not able to exchange or refund will be hygiene purpose, dislike item, over exchangeable date will be 5 days, defective items or other reasons.

Discount items or sale period items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

If you receive any defective item or purchase incorrect size, we provide exchangeable service within 5 days of purchase (the date customer received their items). Please follow the steps below for item exchange :  

1. Take a picture of your item together with all original tags and send to WhatsApp Hotline

2. Bring your item to the nearest post office and fill up the recipient details

3. Once parcel has been received by SWAGANZ, new item will be delivered on the next day. Please do wait for your item patiently. Kindly inform us when you receive your new item.

 

CANCELLATION

Once purchase, we do not provide any cancellation order.

 

IMPORTANT

All exchangeable items cannot be worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Receipt and all original tags must be attached. Thank you for the cooperation!

 

Shipping Info

Once order has been placed and confirmed, tracking number will update via email within 48 hours. Item purchased from SWAGANZ official website will be delivered within 2-4days (Malaysia) and 2-4 weeksl.
